Perched high against the Witzenberg mountains near Tulbagh, this off-grid nature reserve offers eight private grassed campsites with their own hot tubs, braai areas, and solar-lit ablutions—a perfect basecamp for mountain biking and stargazing with stunning views.

Rates per private campsite (T’s&C’s apply):
R1400 per night for 1 to 4 people
R300 pppn extra from the 5th person, per adult (12yrs and older)
Kids 5-11 years @R150 pppn extra from the 5th person
Kids 0-4 years = stay for free
Kids 5-11 years and adults count as part of the 8-10 pax
Besides the campsites, we also sell Wood and Ice and rent out various camping equipment.
Prior to your arrival, each campsite is stocked with 20 x 10Kg bags of local Alien firewood, normally Blackwattel. You only pay for the wood you use, in cash, before you leave.

There are a few trees on the campsite for shade and it is surrounded by pine trees. The Hot tub is slightly lower than the campsite with a view of the Mostertshoek mountain

It has quite a lot of shade. No 2, long with campsites 3 & 4 are the highest campsites and have a view over the valley. The hot tub is at the same level and towards the back of the campsite
